1. Service Description
DaoTiming provides Time Slice Readings based on Qi Men Dun Jia (奇门遁甲) temporal analysis. Our service generates AI-powered interpretations of energetic patterns for the moment your question is asked. Readings are intended for entertainment, educational, and personal reflection purposes only.
2. Account Requirements
To purchase and access readings, you must sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. One Google account corresponds to one DaoTiming account.
3. Payments and Refunds
Each Time Slice Reading is priced at $4.99 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once a reading has been generated, it is non-refundable, as the AI generation cost is incurred immediately. If a reading fails to generate due to a technical error, you will not be charged, or a refund will be issued.
4. Session Limits
Each reading includes up to 5 follow-up questions. Follow-up questions must be asked within 1 hour of the reading being generated. After the session window closes, the reading and conversation history remain accessible in read-only mode.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish readings generated by DaoTiming without permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the service's operation.
6. Disclaimer
DaoTiming readings are not professional advice. They do not constitute medical, financial, legal, or psychological counseling. Readings are generated by AI and should be treated as a reflective tool, not as authoritative guidance. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on a reading.
7. Limitation of Liability
DaoTiming is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on reading content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reading in question.
8. Data Retention
Your reading data is retained for a maximum of 3 months, after which it is automatically deleted. You may delete readings at any time. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.
